As a Senior People & HR Manager at AWstreams, you will own the full people lifecycle for our Cairo teams—workforce planning, headhunting & recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, employee relations, learning & development, and culture—while partnering with leadership to scale a fast, client-driven agency environment and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law.
- Turn business forecasts into quarterly hiring plans for Creative, Media Buying, Content, Studio, Tech, and Account teams.
- Headhunt and close mid–senior talent (e.g., Performance Lead, Creative Director, Account Director).
- Own end-to-end recruitment: briefs, JD calibration, sourcing, screening, structured interviews, tasks, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain standardized rubrics; ensure top-tier candidate experience and employer branding.
- Run onboarding/offboarding, probation reviews, and career frameworks.
- Coach managers on feedback, performance management, PIPs, conflict resolution, and utilization planning.
- Ensure policy compliance under Egyptian labor law (contracts, leave, warnings, terminations) with audit-ready documentation.
- Oversee monthly payroll accuracy (fixed/variable pay, commissions, overtime) and freelance/vendor payouts.
- Benchmark roles and propose salary bands; track headcount, budgets, and cost-to-revenue ratios.
- Build role-based L&D tracks; run manager enablement (feedback, scoping, delegation).
- Drive recognition, engagement, and internal comms aligned to AWstreams’ values.
- Keep handbooks and SOPs current; own the HRIS/ATS stack (Odoo/BambooHR/Personio/Recruitee/Workable/Lever) and reporting dashboards.
- 5+ years in HR with 2–3 years in a marketing/creative/digital agency (or similar professional-services firm).
- Proven headhunting and closing experience for senior roles.
- Hands-on Egypt payroll and strong knowledge of Egyptian labor regulations.
- Solid employee-relations judgment; confident mediator and manager coach.
- Experience designing L&D and performance frameworks in fast-paced teams.
- Data-driven, structured, and process-oriented; excellent written and verbal English.
- Nice to have: understanding of utilization/billability, and HR certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD).
