The ideal candidate is a creative and trend-savvy content creator with a passion for short-form video. As a Reel Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You should be skilled in capturing attention quickly, staying ahead of social trends, and delivering videos that enhance brand visibility and drive audience interaction.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay current with trends, viral audio, and platform-specific best practices
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging, high-quality video content for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Repurpose existing content into short-form formats while maintaining storytelling impact.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Maintain an organized content library and manage media assets.

Stay aware of and proactively apply the latest trends, viral audio, and platform updates.
Must Have
- Proven experience creating Reels, TikToks, or similar short-form video content.
- Proficiency in video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Strong visual storytelling and aesthetic sense.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and respond to feedback.
