Operations Manager

The ideal candidate is a proactive and structured thinker with a solid background in digital agency operations. You have a proven track record in leading cross-functional execution, managing internal workflows, and supporting teams with tools and resources to deliver on client objectives. You will play a key role in resource allocation, process improvement, and coordination with finance to support project budgets and pipeline decisions.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence across departments by implementing SOPs and optimizing internal workflows.
- Collaborate with department heads to align resources and project schedules with client delivery goals.
- Work closely with finance on project budgeting, cost control, and payment follow-ups to support pipeline visibility.
- Monitor performance metrics and initiate process improvements to boost efficiency and accountability.
- Oversee day-to-day execution, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to quality standards.
- Support cross-functional coordination, acting as the internal link between management, creative, media, and tech teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure all operational tools and services meet project and business needs.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role, creative agency environment being a must.
- Proven ability to implement scalable systems and manage operational KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Odoo, Trello)
- Fluent in English

- Knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies in project or operations management.
