As a Senior Art Director, you will lead the visual direction and creative process across various projects, working closely with each department to bring innovative concepts to life. You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to create visually striking and cohesive brand experiences. We’re looking for a visionary who can think beyond traditional boundaries and inspire their team to produce exceptional, boundary-pushing work.
In this role, you’ll balance creative insight with practical execution, ensuring each project aligns with our brand values while resonating with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of branding, campaign, and social media projects.
- Supervise graphic designers and motion designers to ensure creative consistency and quality.
- Review and approve creative assets, layouts, and motion deliverables before client submission.
- Coordinate with account management, content, media, and production teams to maintain smooth project workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers to support team growth and development.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources across multiple accounts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas.
- Ensure all creative work follows platform guidelines and brand standards.
- Handle creative escalations, revisions, and quality-related challenges effectively.
Must Have
- 8-10+ years of experience in creative design or art direction within a creative or digital agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital creative work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and motion/design tools.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience leading creative teams within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing workflows.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media campaign strategies.
- Experience working on multi-brand or regional campaigns.
- Ability to contribute innovative ideas during campaign ideation and brainstorming sessions.
