Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact, and ensuring the successful execution of client briefs. The role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction, retention, and profitability while coordinating with internal teams and supporting the Account Director in leading the account management function.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication and escalations.
- Develop client plans and content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with creative, media, production, and studio teams for execution.
- Review and deliver client materials including reports, calendars, and presentations
- Mentor and coach Account Managers and Account Executives.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of client requests through official channels.
- Identify and escalate risks, delays, or scope changes to the Account Director.
- Maintain organized records of client data, approvals, and timelines.
- Follow up on payments in coordination with the finance team.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
- Ensure clear communication of shoot requirements (briefs, schedules, logistics).
Must Have
- 5+ years of successful client management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Expertise in social media platforms, Google, Facebook, and Instagram ads.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle pressure, multiple accounts, and client escalations.
- Very good command of English and Arabic .
Nice to have
- Production and PR experience.
- Experience leading a team of account handlers.
- Background in advertising services or digital marketing.
- Fair knowledge of media buying, including campaign planning and execution.
