Senior Business Development & Account Growth

The Senior Business Development & Account Growth role is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts while supporting new business opportunities and revenue expansion. The position serves as the primary operational contact for clients, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and client stakeholders while driving account retention, upselling opportunities, and long-term relationship growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts while maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Handle day-to-day client communication, operational follow-ups, approvals, and service coordination.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities to support revenue growth.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial follow-ups for clients and prospects.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, production, finance, and strategy teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Track project progress, approvals, deliverables, and client feedback across internal systems.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve operational concerns before escalation.
  • Maintain accurate account records, communication logs, and pipeline updates.
  • Support networking, lead generation, and broader business development initiatives when required.
  • Provide regular account and commercial progress updates to management.

Must Have

  • 4–6 years of experience in business development, account management, or client servicing.
  • Experience within a digital, marketing, or creative agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and account growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.                       
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Very good command of English and Arabic.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with CRM systems, Odoo, or task management platforms.
  • Exposure to proposal development and commercial agreement preparation.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in agency environments.
  • Existing professional network within marketing, media, or creative industries.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content production workflows.
