As an Online Community Manager, you will be the active brand voice for our clients, ensuring a vibrant and engaging online presence. Your role focuses on managing social media interactions, building meaningful connections with community members, and ensuring all content aligns with client strategies and brand guidelines. You will monitor social conversations, moderate user-generated content, and provide actionable insights to improve client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Publish and manage engaging content to drive community interaction.
- Monitor and respond to social media mentions, questions, and feedback promptly.
- Review and moderate user-generated content to maintain a positive community environment.
- Track social conversations and provide actionable insights through reports.
- Build and update client-specific playbooks and knowledge bases.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Proven experience in social media management and community engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage online relationships.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience using publishing and moderation tools.
- Background in marketing or communications.
