Studio Production Manager

As a key leader of the Production & Studio at AWstreams marketing agency, you will collaborate with each department to produce striking, realistic visual content for our B2B clients' products. This position is both creative and rigorous by nature; you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive, have a "get it done" spirit, and actively participate with the team in daily production tasks. To be successful, you will have solid problem-solving skills and an exceptional eye for detail in lighting and retouching.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of video editors, photographers, photo editors, and retouchers
- Produce highly realistic photos and videos for B2B clients' products
- Participate hands-on in daily photography, videography, and retouching & editing tasks
- Oversee the visual production cycle and ensure strict quality control
- Manage studio equipment, maintenance, and software updates
Must Have
- 7+ years of proven experience in studio production
- Excellent skills in photography and videography (B2B mainly)
- Mastery of studio lighting setups and high-end photo retouching
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities
- Highly creative, autonomous, and detail-oriented
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency
- Advanced knowledge of 3D modeling, CGI, or set design
- Experience in estimating project costs and timelines
- Strong analytical skills for workflow optimization
