SEO Specialist

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to execute and optimize search strategies across multiple accounts. The role focuses on improving organic visibility through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, while also adapting to AI-driven search (AIO). You will collaborate with content and development teams, analyze performance data, and identify growth opportunities to enhance search rankings and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO across multiple accounts
- Optimize content for search engines and AI-driven discovery (AIO)
- Conduct keyword, search intent, and conversational query research
- Enhance visibility using schema markup, entities, and semantic SEO
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and AI search performance
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers
- Support content teams with SEO and AIO best practices
- Develop and execute link-building strategies
- Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities
- Optimize landing pages and conversion paths
- Track tasks and performance through internal systems
- Identify and escalate technical issues or performance blockers
Must Have
- 2–4 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Knowledge of AI-driven search (AIO), semantic SEO, and structured data
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Solid experience in keyword research, link building, and content optimization
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience working in agency environments or managing multiple accounts
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
- Experience with content strategy or editorial planning
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles for SEO
