Senior People & HR Manager

As our Senior People & HR Manager, you’ll support a fast-moving creative/marketing agency across recruitment, performance, rewards, culture, and compliance. You’ll partner with department heads (Creative, Content, Media Buying, Accounts, Ops, Finance) to staff projects on time, grow talent, maintain fair and consistent pay practices, and keep HR data/audits spotless. This role suits someone hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable guiding managers through change.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring for agency roles; manage freelancer/contractor pool.
- Plan headcount with leaders, ensure speedy approvals and offers.
- Standardize onboarding (IT access, ramp plans, buddy program).
- Run performance cycles (KPIs/OKRs, 1:1s, reviews) and advise on PIPs.
- Maintain salary bands; process adjustments, promotions, and letters.
- Ensure payroll inputs & leaves are accurate and on time in HRIS (e.g., Odoo).
- Handle employee relations cases confidentially; resolve grievances
- Keep policies compliant with local labor law; prepare audits & reports.

Deliver monthly people analytics: hiring funnel, attrition, absenteeism, engagement.
Must Have
- 5–6 years progressive HR experience (agency or fast-paced environment).
- Solid command of recruitment, performance, compensation, and ER.
- Working knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS (Odoo/Workable/BambooHR/Greenhouse).
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
- Excellent English; Arabic required for Egypt operations.

Nice to have
- Experience supporting multi-country teams (e.g., Egypt & KSA/GCC).
- Hands-on with Odoo HR modules (Recruitment, Employees, Payroll, Leaves) and basic Studio customizations.
