Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday, Work Starting Time: 9 AM to 10 AM – Work Hours Duration: 8 Hours.
As the Senior HR Generalist, you will be the foundational pillar of our Human Resources department, owning and executing all HR functions across the agency. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted advocate for our employees. From sourcing top-tier creative talent to managing benefits, payroll, and employee relations, you will ensure our workplace remains compliant, engaging, and supportive of our business goals.
Responsibilities
- • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, including creatives, account managers, and digital marketers.
- • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent in the marketing industry.
- • Design and oversee a seamless onboarding process that integrates new hires into the company culture.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries, concerns, and HR-related issues.
- • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts with empathy, fairness, and strict confidentiality.
- • Spearhead employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs to maintain morale.
- • Partner with department heads to implement, monitor, and optimize the agency’s performance review cycles.
- • Guide managers on constructive feedback, goal setting, and creating professional development plans.
- • Assist in managing underperformance through structured performance improvement plans when necessary.
- • Maintain and update the employee handbook to ensure policies align with current local labor laws.
- • Handle all employment documents and maintain regular communication with external HR vendors.
- • Manage HR administrative duties including employee records, contract renewals, and HRIS data entry.
- • Oversee leave management, attendance tracking, and the exit interview process.
- • Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with finance for accurate payroll processing.
- • Conduct regular salary benchmarking to ensure the agency remains competitive in the marketing landscape.
Must Have
- • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a creative or agency environment.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- • Deep understanding of local employment laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
- • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Odoo, BambooHR, or Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- • Ability to work on-site in Korba, Heliopolis, on a full-time basis.
Nice to have
- • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM, HRBP, or PHR.
- • Direct experience working specifically within a marketing or advertising agency.
- • Proven experience managing external vendors and benefit providers.
- • Ability to act as a strategic advisor to leadership while serving as an employee advocate.
