Senior Graphic Desginer

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the creative development of visual content for social media, branding, and marketing projects. Working closely with the content team, account managers, and animation team , you will ensure brand consistency, drive innovation in design approaches, and elevate the agency’s creative output. This role also involves mentoring junior designers, overseeing art direction, and contributing to new business pitches.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts for social media, branding, websites, and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print assets.
- Collaborate with content & marketing teams to produce high-impact visuals.
- Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on their work.
- Research and implement design trends to enhance creative output.
- Oversee the production process from ideation to final execution.
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and digital design principles.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into engaging visual content.
Nice to have
- Experience in motion graphics & animation.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of emerging design trends and creative tools.
- Knowledge of AI design tools and evolving trends
- Background in art direction for photo shoots.
