Graphic Designer

A Graphic Designer responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. The role involves translating client briefs into engaging designs while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Working closely with content, account, and media teams, the designer supports the delivery of cohesive campaigns, manages multiple tasks efficiently, and maintains strong attention to detail. The role also contributes to branding projects and continuously improves creative output by staying updated on design trends and tools.
Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, digital ads, and campaign visuals based on briefs
- Develop branding elements including logos, layouts, and visual identities
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Collaborate with content, account, and media teams for cohesive campaigns
- Prepare final artwork for digital and print production
- Apply feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality
- Manage multiple design tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively
- Maintain consistency and strong attention to detail across deliverables
- Support visual asset creation for presentations and client pitches
- Stay updated on design trends and tools
Must Have
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of social media and digital design requirements
- Good knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have
- Exposure to branding and identity development projects
- Basic understanding of print production processes
- Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools (a plus)
